Action plan

  1. IT´S TIME TO LIGHTEN THE LOAD. CLEARANCE

We help you identify the items you no longer need, those that could be donated, sold or discarded. We make your moving easier by reducing the amount of belongings to be moved.
The items you don’t need to have in the new home but want to keep will be classified to be stored.

  1. SORT

First we classify by rooms and then by categories.

This way items can be easily packed and we make sure that nothing gets lost in transit.

  • Clothing and footwear: We sort your clothing and footwear by type (trousers, T-shirts, shoes, etc.) and separate garments by season if necessary.
    • Kitchen items: We organise your kitchen utensils, plates, glasses and appliances by category.
      • Toiletries: We separate your toiletries, towels, hair care products and other bathroom items.
        • Important documents: Gather all your important documents, such as passports, IDs, certificates, contracts and medical records. Keep them in a secure folder or box to take with you personally during the moving.
          • Books and reading material: Group your books by category (novels, reference books, cookbooks, etc.).
            • Decorative objects: Sort your decorative objects by style, theme or location in your current home.
              • Electronics and cables: We organise your electronic devices, such as computers, televisions, chargers and cables. We label the cables next to their respective devices.
                • DIY tools and supplies: We separate your DIY tools and supplies, such as screwdrivers, hammers, nails and screws, into a designated box or container.
                • Toys and games: We sort toys and games into categories.

We will give clear instructions to make sure that each box is placed in its corresponding room and fragile objects are handled with care.

                Pre-move tips (before moving)

                  1. EVERYTHING READY BEFORE ARRIVAL

Have your new home fully prepared (renovation completed, painting, cleaning, etc.).

                  1. BASIC SURVIVAL KIT

A two-day change of clothes for each member of the family (underwear, pyjamas, complete outfits, shoes, school uniforms, etc.).

Medication if necessary and a small first aid kit.

                  Important documents.

Household linen (sheets and towels for all members of the family).

Chargers (mobile phones, computers, tablets, etc.).

Copy of keys of both houses.

                  1. COFFER OF VALUE. (SAFE/LOCKBOX)

Jewellery, money, important documents (passports, deeds, etc.) and objects that you consider valuable (hard drives, important souvenirs…). Valuables go with you, they do not have to be lost but it is preferable not to risk it and always have them under control.
